Nadasurabhi Music Education Initiative- Announcing Course 3.

Nadasurabhi is pleased to launch its second course under the Education initiative to conduct high level music courses.

Details are as follows:

Guru: Prof.T.S.Ramaa, Head, Dept. of Music, Jain University, Bangalore.

Course Title: Navagraha Kritis of Muthuswamy Dikshitar consisting of

1. Surya moorthe –Sourashtram
2. Chandram Bhaja- Asaveri
3. Angaarakam – Suruti
4. Bhudham aashrayami – Naatakurinji
5. Brihaspathe- Atana
6. Sri Sukra bhagavantham – Paraju
7. Diwakara thanujam – Yedukula Kambodhi

Dates and timing:

7^th  June 2014, Saturday – 3.30 PM to 5.30 PM

8^th  June 2014 Sunday – 3.30 PM to 5.30 PM

14^th June 2014 Saturday – 3.30 PM to 5.30 PM

21^st  June 2014 Saturday – 3.30 PM to 5.30 PM

22^nd June 2014 Sunday – 3.30 PM to 5.30 PM

28^th June 2014 Saturday – 3.30 PM to 5.30 PM

29^th June 2014 Sunday - 3.30 PM to 5.30 PM

5^th July 2014 Saturday – 3.30 PM to 5.30 PM

6^th July 2014 Sunday - 3.30 PM to 5.30 PM – Optional, if needed.

Stage presentation -date to be finalised.

Each session will be approximately of 2 hour duration.

Course fee per participant is Rs.2000 payable in cash

No. of students: 20 only on first come first served basis

Minimum Student Qualification:  Must have learnt up to keerthanai level.
