Nadasurabhi Cultural Association located in Koramangala, Bangalore is in the forefront of promoting Classical Carnatic Music. Nadasurabhi conducts the highest quality music concerts every month and a week-long Annual Festival in November, free of charge to all rasikas. Our other events include a youth festival, Thyagaraja and Purandaradasa Aradhana, and music competitions for children.

The Chitravina is one of the most
exquisite musical instruments in the world today. It is a 21-stringed fretless
Indian lute. Chitravina Ganesh, just like his illustrious cousin, Chitravina N
Ravikiran is a child prodigy. He was able to identify and render around 225
Ragas and 175 Talas and answer numerous other technical questions with ease at the
tender age of two and a half. Ganesh had the rare privilege of learning from
Sangeeta Kalanidhi T Brinda for a few years and is among the best chitravina
performers in the country today. Also, Ganesh and his cousin Sri.Shashikiran -
‘Carnatica Brothers’ - have been giving vocal duet concerts. Ganesh has toured
the world extensively and performed in major venues all over India, USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand and the Middle-East.Sri.Ganesh has set a record for the longest concert by any slide instrumentalist in the world by playing non-stop for 32 and half hours in Chennai, India. He is a A-Top rank artiste of All India Radio and Doordarshan. He also holds the world record along with Shashikiran, as the first vocal duo pair to perform non-stop for 24 hours. Ganesh is also much sought after as a teacher, and is presently in the faculty of Carnatica’s Gurukulam.
He is being accompanied by a young and vibrant musical team Sri.Raghu, Sri.Manjunath and Sri.Guruprasanna from Bangalore in this concert.

Bharathi Ramasubban is born in a family deeply rooted in Carnatic music and her initial lessons in vocal music were from her mother Smt. Sankari Ramasubban and her grandmother Smt. Sharada Krishnan, who was a direct disciple of the renowned Harikesanallur Sri Muthiah Bhagavatar.
Bharathi has been under the inspiring tutelage of the doyen Vidwan Sri P S Narayanaswamy for the last 18 years. Bharathi is an A-grade artiste of the All India Radio. She is a recipient of many prizes and awards that include the Best Female Vocalist Award for the year 2007 in the Spirit of Youth festival conducted by the Music Academy, Madras and various other prizes at music competitions conducted by premier institutions. She also received the CCRT scholarship for vocal music, instituted by the Government of India, for the period 1996- 2004. She was awarded the Sri Yagnaraman Endowment Prize for Best Rendition of Muthuswami Dikshitar kritis in 2012 from Sri Krishna Gana Sabha. She has recently been conferred upon with the title of Isai Arasi at the Trinity Arts Festival of India 2012. She has performed in all the major sabhas of Chennai as well as in other centres like Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata and a few centres in USA and Canada.
Besides her passion for Carnatic music, Bharathi is a high achiever in academics – a gold medalist at the undergraduate level she pursued a research project in Bio-Organic Chemistry at Anna University, Chennai and her Masters in Biotechnological Law & Ethics from the School of Law, University of Sheffield, Sheffield, UK.
She is accompanied by Sri.Vittal Rangan on Violin and Sri. Bharadwaj on Mridangam, both winners of the Kalavanta Awards in the competition held by Karnataka Fine Arts Council in 2014. Vidwan Sunaad is from a musical family and today a fast upcoming accompanying artist.

Sri. Bharat Kumar is a highly accomplished Carnatic Vocalist from Chennai. He is the son and disciple of senior vocalist Smt Suguna Varadachari. Bharat is also presently undergoing advanced training from Sri M.Chandrasekharan (Violin maestro) and Sri Sanjay Subrahmanyan.
Sri.Bharat Kumar has been giving vocal concerts for the last 12 years. He is an “A-grade” artist in the AIR, Chennai. He was given a direct “B-High” by the AIR on first audition. Bharat performed at Shanmukhananda Sabha, Mumbai- and was awarded the “Sri Shanmukhananda A.K. Satagopan Yuva Kalakaar Puraskar’ for 2007-08. He has also performed in all the leading sabhas in Chennai and in several prominent organisations in Mumbai, Tirupati, Coimbatore, Kerala, and Bangalore.
Sri.Bharat Kumar is a Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant and he is an Associate Director in a leading Global analytical company, in finance.
Sri. Anand Viswanathan who is on violin has been providing accompaniment to several leading artists in Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai and Hyderabad.
Sri.Adamya, a disciple of Sri.Umayalpuram Sivaraman and Smt.Bhagyalakshmi, daughter and disciple of legendary morsing vidwan Sri.Bhimachar are highly sought after accompanying artists in Bangalore.
