Sri.Vignesh Ishwar is a young carnatic vocalist from Mumbai and a disciple of Vidwan T.M.Krishna. Vignesh was the winner of the 1st Prize in the Kalavanta competition held in May 2015 by the Karnataka Fine Arts Council, of which Nadasurabhi is a member. Smitha, Easwaran and Sunaad are young artists who are very active in the Carnatic music arena in their respective instruments.
The concert by young Vignesh Ishwar and party was a mature flawless concert. Choice of heavy ragas and strain free rendition of the main composition as well as the manodharma aspects of alapana, swaraprasthara and neraval made the overall concert highly enjoyable. It was a real treat to the packed hall of music lovers.
