Mysore Nagaraj and Mysore Karthick-Violin Duet

Mysore Sri. Nagaraj is one of the most popular Carnatic violists of all time. He has, over the decades, spread the grandeur of Indian Classical music all over the globe. He has travelled east and west along with his illustrious brother Mysore Dr.Manjunath giving enchanting duet and solo performances. Sri. Nagaraj has accompanied on violin, all the greatest musicians of our time. Quite fittingly, he has been awarded the Sangeet Natak Academy Award by the Government of India. In this concert, he will be playing a violin duet with his son and disciple, the highly accomplished Mysore Karthik.

Leading percussionists and most sought after vidwans, Sri. Arjun Kumar and Sri Guru Prasanna, will be accompanying the violinists in this concert.
